It was quite long since I last update my blog...
Sorry for the long absence....
Too busy with the all the assignments and all...
Finally, today have the time to update my dry dead blog...
Today was the first day me and my group friends cook for the guests...
We were cooking for the Tarragon restaurant guests invited by the group 5 peoples...
Our class started at 8.30 today...
We started off by doing the cutting of the tomatoes and the french beans...
Then,followed by putting the eggs on the plastic wrapper and cutting the fish into a few pieces...
Me,mei jean and mei fong-cutting tomatoes...
King and danial-cutting french beans...
Leong,herenna and ivan-eggs...
Nyc and jeanne-fishes..
When we were cutting tomatoes and all, Nyc and Jeanne was arguing on some small matter-maths...
Jeanne said that 47+3=51....Then, Nyc started to argue with her already...
The situation was damn funny although it was so noisy....
Mei Jean and me kept on laughing...
After I finished cutting half of the tomatoes, I went to help with the eggs thingy...
It was kind of fun...
Hahaha..XD
Then, it's time for Leong and me to cookthe eggs already...
The eggs took quite a long time to cook...
After finished cooking the eggs, I helped Herenna,Leong,Mei Jean and Ivan to peal off the skin of the onions...
Then, Ivan and me chopped the onions...
It was the tie for us to take our break already...
All were gone except Mei Jean, Leong, Mei Fong, Herenna waiting for me and Ivan to finish our chopping of onions....
After the break, the chef taught us the way to prepare the sauce, main course and the appetizer...
Then, the chef divided us into different groups...
Leong-abboyer...(I'm not sure of the spelling)
King,Puria-appetizer...
Danial and me-sauce for the main course...
Ivan,Jeanne,Mei Jean,Herenna-main course...
Jay-dessert...
It's time for us to prepare the food ourselves already...
Group 5 peoples were serving the guests...
Sabrina was the first person to fire the appetizer...
Then,the kitchen started to become kan cheong already because it was our first time to cook for the guests...
Leong was like fast fast fast....
Then,we become more kan cheong...
After that followed by main course...
After I finished preparing the sauce for the main course, I helped them with the appetizer and main course also....
After all the guests finished with the appetizer and the main course,it was time for dessert already...
We finished to prepare the dessert quite early...
We thought that there were 16 guests who haven't eat their dessert yet,but our guessing were wrong...
We made it extra 2...
After finished giving all the desserts for the guests,it was time for us to EAT!!!
We ate what we cooked...
It was quite nice.....
After we ate,we cleared up all the station and went for chef's end of class briefing....
The chef said that we were too kan cheong already....
Then,the chef told us not to be so kan cheong next time...
That's all she told us and then class dismissed...
Had so much fun today...
